To fully appreciate the rights and restrictions imposed by the Reader’s Convenience Policy, it is crucial that you read and comprehend the return policy. We only issue refunds in the following situations and under the following conditions:
Before our writers and editors begin working on the project, the customer is not eligible for a refund.
After making your order, you have one hour to request a refund if you decide to end your project with us due to a change of heart.
In all other situations, a 15% processing charge will be reimbursed.
Customers may only request a refund once the job has been delivered and all other available options have been tried.

If the project requirements (as specified/documented by the customer) are not met.
We give an unlimited number of revisions to make sure the delivery is perfect in order to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
To guarantee your complete pleasure, we assign, reassign, and rewrite your task.
If we are still unable to fulfil your request, a mutually agreed-upon fixed percentage will be used to execute the refund. We take pride in our “On Time Delivery,” but in the unlikely event that, after at least three attempts to reach us, we are unable to deliver the requested service on time, your reimbursement will be handled once it has been established through documentation that the company was at fault for the delayed delivery. Refund requests must be made 120 days after delivery. Requests for refunds made after the allotted time will not be considered. When placing a purchase, each customer is required to take note of the deadline for requesting a refund.

Cases where there won't be a refund:

The company will only settle with a partial refund or discounts reserved for future purchases in cases of late delivery caused by minor technical mistakes, such as grammatical, typing, word count, missing references, etc. Any delays caused by the client will not be the company’s fault.
